Thr solid green light is very disruptive to my sleep. It was a gift so i do not know if they replace it hopefully they do. I tried many times. I have had this fitbit since may and until 2 days ago the green light would turn off when not being worn.

Waiting now for response from support. I have tried to sync it three times with the setting for the hr switched to off or on auto but neither makes a difference. I have turned off the heart rate option and the green light remains solid. Some help suggests to turn off the heart rate monitoring.

If this isn t the case you can also try changing the setting to off sync your tracker then change it back to auto additionally to restarting it. It s recommended to wear it tightly but not too tight but if you want to turn it off you can go to fitbit your watch top right heart rate an. This is draining the battery within 12 hours.
